A couple of weeks ago i entered the Xamarin pul request contest with my version of Universal app for Windows 8 and Windows Phone, i was very happy today when i found out that i got second place in contest and got 1 year of free music powered by Rdio. The first place was for Robert Miles entry of the Mac version of the store.
It was fun and specially a good training with the new windows universal apps, i had the opportunity to also work with a existing code branch, and even get experience using git.
As a throw back, the last time i entered a coding contest was my silverlight app Forest Findr to win a trip to MIX11.
